course with vegetable side dishes, and dessert based on genuine Umbrian

3.00 p.m. with lunch or an evening session from 4.00 p.m. until 9.00 p.m.

The first lesson will be on the day of your arrival at 16.00 until 21.00 with
dinner of the dishes prepared. The second lesson will be the following day
commencing at 10.00 and concluding at 14.00 with lunch of the dishes prepared.
