A team of expert casalinga home cooks will guide you through traditional Umbrian recipes.
Lessons are offered in both English and Italian, from Monday to Saturday, in two time slots:
10:30 – 14:00 and 16:30 – 20:00.
Classes are available for groups from 4 to 12 people. Options available for Gluten Free, Dairy intolerant, Vegetarians.
The experience includes lunch or dinner featuring the dishes prepared during the class, a guided wine tasting, and a winery tour. Each participant will also receive a recipe set to take home.
Bookings are essential with a minimum of 4 days in advance.
Guided excursions with our expert truffle hunter and his trained dog through the trails of our private wood, Il Macchione, a 40-hectare woods within our estate. After the hunting, the experience continues in our kitchen with a tasting of the freshly gathered truffles used in traditional local dishes, paired with our wines.
After the hunt, guests can choose between having just a truffle lunch or dinner with a guided tasting and winery tour, or a cooking class to learn how to best use truffles in authentic recipes.

A magical evening that begins among the rows of the vineyards in the harvest season. The vineyards are painted red and the beautiful autumn atmosphere enriches the dinner with its colors and ingredients.
