Giro d’Italia – Sagrantino time trial, stage nr.
From Foligno to Montefalco – from 13 to 16 May 2017.
On 16th of May 2017 the Giro d’Italia will run just in front of our winery. Three days of special events and wine tastings, lunches and winery visits will be just a part of it.

SUNDAY 14 of MAY
Cantina Antonelli and A.S.D. MTB CLUB SPOLETO join their forces to plan a special day with many events, for promoting Umbria and its products.
Wine tastings, picnic, visits of the cellars, bicycle rides and the official press conference for presenting LaSpoletoNorcia in MTB. A mountain bike ride through the trail of the old train from Spoleto to Norcia.

Road bicycle ride on the path of the official crono stage. This tour will leave from our winery and it will be back here.
Otherwise for those who prefers a mountain bike ride, the paths through our vineyards and olive groves have been prepared and a map is available.

Vallo di Nera mayor Agnese Benedetti will entertain kids telling stories with traditional fairy tales.

A MTB ride through our olive grove for kids. Some bikes will be available to use.

Official press conference for announcing MTB ride event La SpoletoNorcia in MTB.
Free wine tasting are available, and for your lunch we’re going to make sandwiches with roasted sausages and vegetarian chickpeas salads.
Cellar tours will start throughout the day.

TUESDAY 16 of MAY
Sagrantino’s crono stage will pass just in front of our winery, and there are many spots you can stay to enjoy the ride.
Cantina Antonelli is reachable by car from Pietrauta, you won’t have any issues reaching us an parking here.
Wine tastings, roasted sausages sandwiches and chickpeas salads for your lunch will be available.
