Guided excursion with our expert truffle hunter and his trained dog through the trails of our private wood, Il Macchione, a 40-hectare woods within our estate. After the hunting, the experience continues in our kitchen with a tasting of the freshly gathered truffles used in traditional local dishes, paired with our wines.
After the hunt, guests can choose between having just a truffle lunch or dinner with a guided tasting and winery tour, or a cooking class to learn how to best use truffles in authentic recipes.
